About the volunteering opportunity

Johanniter-Jugend is the youth organization of Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe. Founded in 1979, it has now been in existence for over 40 years. In Saxony, the Johanniter Youth has existed for over 20 years. Children and young people meet in six district and regional associations as part of school first aid services. But first aid is not the only thing on the program. There are numerous youth groups that also deal with other topics.

Your Tasks

Do you enjoy working with young people? We are always looking for support for individual events, such as our school first aid service, camps and workshops. If you can imagine going through the qualification as a youth group leader, we would be delighted to welcome you to our team on a permanent basis.

Location

Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. Regionalverband Leipzig/Nordsachsen

When you read "Johanniter", you usually think of blue lights and first aid courses. But we do even more: our regional association was founded in 1990. Since then, we have been looking after all those who want and need our help. In the Leipzig/North Saxony area, around 900 employees work for Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe on a full-time and voluntary basis. We run daycare centers, children's and youth facilities and care for elderly people in their own homes. We are active in refugee aid and civil protection, train our young people in youth groups and ensure safety at events with paramedics. Become a part of it too!
