About the volunteering opportunity

For Everyone is looking for a volunteer who loves sports and games and wants to help create a fun, welcoming space where people can come together through play, body movement, and connection with nature.

We are starting a new project to offer regular outdoor games and sports sessions where anyone can join in, move their body, and connect with others.

Your Tasks

Your role would include:

  • Coming up with ideas for fun and inclusive outdoor games, sports, and activities in nature

  • Creating a friendly, playful environment where everyone feels welcome

  • Setting your own short-term goals to improve sessions and track how things are going

  • Making sure the activities reflect our mission of building connection, friendship, and belonging across all communities in Berlin

We believe in low-cost, high-quality activities that are consistent and meet real community needs. If you're passionate about sports, games and nature, and want to make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you!

If you are interested, the next step is to participate in one of our workshops and then apply to the link below or get in touch with us via vostel.de. There you will be asked to fill out a form, also please let us know in the notes of the application which workshop you attended.

Welcome to For Everyone

For Everyone
is a Berlin-based non-profit that creates safe, creative, and welcoming spaces where people from all walks of life — especially internationals and newcomers — can connect and feel at home.

Through art, music, and movement, we foster real human connection, belonging, and emotional wellbeing. Our community café, No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz, hosts weekly workshops and small events for adults (mostly 18–40+). Each session blends creativity with care: it’s not about performance, but about what happens between people while they’re creating together.

Our wider vision is a diverse and resilient Berlin — a city where everyone feels at home and can take part in community life. To make that possible, we’re building the social infrastructure for belonging: connecting spaces, people, and volunteers across the city.

We believe in joy, inclusion, and authenticity — and thanks to our solidarity-based ticketing system, everyone can join, no matter their financial background.

If you care about making others feel welcome, believe in the power of creativity, and want to help people feel a little more at home in Berlin — you’re in the right place. 💛
