Your Tasks
Support for the living and dying - living to the last: Would you like to give your time and volunteer? You accompany seriously ill and dying people in the last phase of their lives. An outpatient hospice service is NOT a care service, but offers psychosocial support: We are open for conversations, give time and attention. We stand by people during the difficult time of saying goodbye and listen to their fears and worries as well as their hopes and wishes.
You visit people at home, in care facilities or in hospital, thereby relieving the burden on their relatives. You offer company on walks, visits to the doctor or perhaps concrete help with visits to the authorities.

Location
Johannes-Hospiz e.V.
Our outpatient hospice service accompanies and advises seriously ill and dying people and their relatives at home, in care facilities and hospitals - we come to where the people are. The volunteers accompany seriously ill and dying people as well as their relatives in dealing with the illness, pain, farewell and grief. The volunteers give time, offer to talk, listen, go for a walk or provide concrete help.
