About the volunteering opportunity
The aim of the training mentor project is to provide young people with long-term support during the transition from school to work. Personal support is intended to increase the training rate and reduce drop-outs.
Participation is open to all young people who have not yet completed vocational training. Training mentors have experience in various professional fields and have valuable contacts with companies. They can help with the search for internships and apprenticeships and provide concrete assistance with applications.
