About the volunteering opportunity
The Kiezsterne are a small project of the Stadtteilzentrum Steglitz e.V. limited to the district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf.
Our volunteers provide support in a family with one or more parents by spending time with the children (aged 1 to approx. 9 years), giving the parents time to take a deep breath or to go shopping and visit the doctor.

Your Tasks
The Kiezstern volunteers play with the child/children at home, go to the playground, on trips to the zoo, accompany them to soccer training or dance lessons - depending on the age and needs of the family.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.

Approx. 2 hours per week.
On weekdays, during the day
1 to 2 times a week - depending on the time available for at least 2 to 3 hours, regularly, for at least 6 to 12 months.
