Social Media Content Manager for Feminist Literature Project

We are looking for a Social Media Content Manager for our newly founded project "The Feminist Bookmap". We all work voluntairly on developing a database for feminist literature, bookstores, libraries and projects. At the heart of it all is an accessible website, feministbookmap.com. To promote it and share our content more widely, we have recently started an Instagram account which is currently managed by the founders Alice and Nita.

We are looking for a volunteer to support us with promoting our project and content through social media. We are looking for someone creative with a lot of enthusiasm for feminist literature and a passion for developing new and fun content. We work fully as a team and decide everything togther, giving you lots of creative freedom.

The project is a learning curve for all of us and we are happy to work with you, no matter how much experience you already bring. However, these are the tasks we envision, we are happy to discuss, amend and adjust them in line with your ideas and wishes:
- Creative content design for Instagram
- Potential creation of additional social media platforms e.g. TikTok
- Support with expanding our database on the website through research on social media
- Contact to other content creators on relevant topics

It would be great if you have worked with social media before or at least have experience in content creation. Most importantly though you should be passionate about feminist literature around the world.

We all live abroad on different continents and are very flexible in our work. We of course love to meet regularly to coordinate well and decide jointly but are happy to accommodate your needs.
