Support people with disabilities in a day care center

We are the Kranzallee day care center of Cooperative Mensch eG. As part of the integration assistance program, we enable people with very high support needs to participate in social life.
For us, this means that we give 48 people access to the world of work here at our site.
In addition, we offer various accompanying activities such as a cooking group, reading circle or music group / choir.
Overall, communication and self-determined participation inside and outside our facility are very important to us!

Be the extra plus for people with support needs!
Accompany and support visitors to the day care center alongside experienced professionals, for example:
- in the choir
- in the reading group
- in the communication group
- in activities in the neighborhood
- with creative activities
- on walks and excursions

Volunteers should be communicative and empathetic and be willing to support people with disabilities.

We are particularly active in the mornings, especially between 09:30 and 11:30 and in the afternoons between 13:00 and 14:30.
We would like a regular commitment, what and how exactly: we can discuss this in a personal meeting.

Furthermore, an extended certificate of good conduct is required
