About the volunteering opportunity
A volunteering opportunity from Stadtteilkoordination Lichtenberg Mitte
- We support you if you want to get involved in and for your neighborhood, from carrying out neighborhood campaigns to founding an association. - We share our neighborhood knowledge with you and inform you about new developments in your neighborhood and in Lichtenberg. - We are happy to network you with other committed citizens, associations, initiatives and projects in Lichtenberg Mitte and beyond. - We will support you with your proposals relating to participatory budgeting.
- As the Kiezfonds office for Friedrichsfelde Süd, Friedrichsfelde Nord and Neu Lichtenberg, we accompany and coach you in your Kiezfonds application and support you in project implementation.

Your Tasks
whether a beekeeping project in Eastside, a flea market in the Krokofant daycare center, a graffiti project in the Beton Oase or the greening of a brownfield site - many ideas have already been implemented in Friedrichsfelde Süd with funding from the Kiezfonds. The citizens' jury decides which projects receive funding.
We are now looking for new members! You can join if you are at least 16 years old and live or work in the area around Volkradstraße, Dolgenseestraße, Sewanstraße or Tierpark. The jury meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6 pm at the "Miteinander Wohnen" senior citizens' meeting point at Volkradstraße 8. 6 to 7 meetings are held each year.
