About the volunteering opportunity
Januam gUG develops innovative educational and labor market projects to promote social participation and professional integration.
With our "WorkNav" project, we are currently setting up a labor market-related initiative that supports qualified people with migration experience in professional orientation, skills structuring and integration into employment.
For the further development of our community, we are looking for a committed person in the area of community management.

Establishment and further development of the WorkNav community
Support and activation of our networks (LinkedIn, partners, participants)

What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Interest in education, the labor market, integration or social innovation
Initial experience in community management, communication or event organization is an advantage

Januam gUG is a non-profit organization in Darmstadt and implements projects at local, national and European level. We strengthen social participation and integration through educational and empowerment programs for immigrants, women and socially disadvantaged groups. Our community comprises over 200 participants from more than ten countries. We promote self-efficacy, orientation and future prospects with language support, workshops and labor market preparation offers.
