About the volunteering opportunity
For the neighbors in our Kiezcafé of the district center F1 at Mehringplatz we are looking for 2-3 digital pilots, PC and digitally experienced people who support neighbors with their digital problems and questions. Every second Thursday, you will be the contact person for 2-3 hours, whether it's a digital doctor's appointment, making an appointment, dealing with the authorities or even the digital admission ticket, you will show how it's done!
The (predominantly older) neighbors bring their own devices or can use our equipment on site.
