Cooking project with children and young people

Our cooking project takes place twice a week in the afternoon for approx. 5 hours. As a hands-on project in the youth center, it is aimed directly at children and young people, who can contribute their ideas and suggestions and join in the cooking. In addition to teaching them about healthy eating and trying out new dishes, we offer a variety of opportunities to try things out in the kitchen and learn socially. Of course, we don't just cook together, we also eat together. It is important to us that we seek and use the opportunity to exchange ideas.

We would be delighted to find people who can imagine cooking with children and young people and helping to organize our dinner table. The cooking project includes all tasks from shopping and cooking to cleaning the kitchen. You are welcome to get actively involved in small projects or activities as part of the cooking project (e.g. themed cooking, vegan/vegetarian diet, use of seasonal products, etc.).

Prerequisites are an existing health pass and an extended certificate of good conduct.
Other skills and requirements are openness, communication skills and enjoyment of cooking.
