About the volunteering opportunity

- Communication skills: Volunteers should be able to communicate clearly and respectfully, especially when welcoming and assisting guests.
- Resilience: As helping homeless people can be challenging at times, it is important that volunteers are resilient and able to remain calm in emotionally demanding situations
- Ability to work in a team: Volunteers do not work alone, but as part of a team. The ability to work together cooperatively is therefore crucial.
