About the volunteering opportunity
haus Bottrop offers many things to maintain the health and independence of older people. Until recently, we also offered memory training for senior citizens, which has unfortunately been suspended. We are now looking for a new volunteer course leader to revive the program.
Your Tasks
Do you enjoy working with older people and can you imagine running a "memory training" course? Perhaps you have already led memory training courses or regularly do exercises yourself and would like to share your experience with others? Then we look forward to hearing from you.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Own experience with memory training, possibly even experience in teaching memory training
Time required
Regularly
Approx. 2 hours per week.
On weekdays, during the day
memory training should take place in the morning or afternoon. Depending on the availability of rooms, you can freely determine the day and time for the offer.
