About the volunteering opportunity
People at risk of addiction, addicts and their relatives can call the Munich addiction hotline for advice around the clock, 365 days a year.
Your Tasks
Our volunteers work on site at our facility and advise people on the phone. The work requires independence and empathy. The time required is approx. 15 hours per month.

For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.

The time commitment is around 15 hours per month. There are three shifts on the addiction hotline: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm, 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm and 7:30 pm to 7:30 am. The shifts are planned about a month in advance and can be freely chosen.
