About the volunteering opportunity
Januam is looking for committed trainers (motivated volunteers are also welcome) who would like to support our low-threshold digital media literacy courses.
In our courses, we help migrant women to learn basic digital skills. The aim is to strengthen digital participation and make everyday life easier for participants in the long term.
Your Tasks
- Implementation of practical courses
- Support in dealing with digital media
- Creating an open, appreciative learning atmosphere
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.

Januam gUG is a non-profit organization in Darmstadt and implements projects at local, national and European level. We strengthen social participation and integration through educational and empowerment programs for immigrants, women and socially disadvantaged groups. Our community comprises over 200 participants from more than ten countries. We promote self-efficacy, orientation and future prospects with language support, workshops and labor market preparation offers.
