About the volunteering opportunity
Part of the maintenance work on our meadows is the upkeep of the infrastructure.
This involves repairing our fences and removing old path slabs and fence remains.
The tasks in detail:

Fence repair / fence
- Painting the wooden fence with linseed oil
- Repairing the small roofs of the wooden posts
- Removing the wire mesh on the gate wings (wire cutters, flex)
- Painting the gate wings with protective paint
- Painting the hanger
Excavation work
- Removal of the border stones on Höchster Weg
- Sowing wildflower seeds at the digging site
- Removal of the fence post on the dune
- Removal of scrap metal from the dune
Your Tasks
Today we work physically and with tools:
- we grind, we file
- we varnish and paint
- digging and chopping
- there will be hauling and loading
and then we finish it off with a BBQ :)

For this volunteering opportunity, basic German skills are required.
