PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROJECT WILL ACTUALLY TAKE PLACE IN Antalya, TURKEY.
We are looking for participants for the Erasmus+ mobility project “Adult Pathways to Wellbeing & Democracy”,
a 7-day (6 nights) international exchange in Antalya, hosted by MONAD Institute.
This project brings together adult learners and staff members from different countries to explore the intersection of digital wellbeing, civic awareness, and intercultural dialogue. In an increasingly digitalized world, the project aims to strengthen participants’ ability to navigate online spaces critically, safely, and responsibly while fostering personal wellbeing and active democratic participation.
Participants will join workshops on topics such as cybersecurity, media literacy, fake news, digital balance, and self-care. The programme also includes creative and collaborative elements such as storytelling through video and visual content, as well as intercultural exchange activities that encourage mutual understanding and peer learning.
The programme also includes community visits, guided cultural experiences, and informal group interactions to support learning and interaction within the group.

The project is part of the Erasmus+ programme and includes accommodation, local transport, and learning certification (Europass Mobility).
Your Tasks
- Participate in community visits and cultural excursions
- Take part in workshops on
- digital wellbeing,
- cybersecurity
- and media literacy
- Local food experiences
- Join group discussions and intercultural activities
- Create simple storytelling outputs (videos or posters) in small teams
- Share ideas and experiences with other participants
- Support a respectful and active group environment
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE / APPLY
- Adults (18-70 yrs old) interested in digital topics, wellbeing, and social engagement
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic English skills (working language of the project)
- Motivation to participate, learn, and engage in group activities

- Duration: 7 days (6 nights)
- Dates: From 27th April to 3rd of May
- Full-time participation is required throughout the entire programme
