About the volunteering opportunity
the nursing home "Am Plänterwald" offers 140 residents a comfortable home. Our friendly, modern building is located in a quiet and green residential area. There is also a garden with raised beds and flower boxes and the senior residents love spending time there.
Springtime means garden time!
There's lots to do to maintain the garden and get it ready for spring.

Your Tasks
YOUR TASKS
- Planting flower boxes for the living areas
- Creating a bent hedge
- Tidying up and painting the garden shed
- Refurnishing the drinks counter
- Activities together with the care/building services staff and participation of residents.
- Watering cans and gardening tools are available
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
- You need an intermediate knowledge of German for this job offer.
- You like plants and gardening
- Ability to work in a team
- Interest and pleasure in being together with older people
