About the volunteering opportunity

Do-it-yourself at the Daycare Center
At our BeerenStark daycare center, we focus on the long-term development of the children, and that includes their families. We want to do crafts and DIY projects together with the families of our daycare children.
About 80% of the children have a migrant background, and many come from socially disadvantaged families.
There will be approximately 15 participants per group.

Your Tasks

  • Pottery (with soft clay)
  • Kneading, handicrafts, painting etc.,
  • exchange ideas with families of non-German origin and thus promote language skills.
