About the volunteering opportunity
In the Berlin state mentoring program, committed people support young people in finding their personal and professional path. As a mentor, you accompany a mentee over a defined period of time, strengthen their self-confidence and open up new perspectives.
Your Tasks
As a mentor:
- you accompany a person individually and at eye level
- share your experiences from work, studies or everyday life
- provide guidance on questions about education, career or life planning
- meet regularly (e.g. 1-2 times a month) with your mentee
- become part of a supportive network
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
