About the volunteering opportunity
On Thursday, August 20, 2026, we’ll transform the fire station grounds on the Bille into the Osterbrooklyn Festival.
To make music, socializing, and a festival atmosphere possible, we need people who are eager to lend a hand. Together, we’ll transport materials from the club grounds to the festival grounds, set up the infrastructure, and lay the groundwork for a festival that’s organized entirely by volunteers.

Your Tasks
Transportation
12:00–14:00 and/or 14:00–16:00
Meeting point: Osterbrookplatz 18, 20537 Hamburg
We’ll load up the equipment, materials, and gear, help transport them to the festival grounds, and make sure everything ends up in the right place once we get there. A great opportunity for anyone who’d rather pitch in than just stand around.
Setup
4:00–6:00 p.m. and/or 6:00–10:00 p.m.
Meeting point: “Löschplatz,” Hammer Deich 158, 20537 Hamburg
Now this space is turning into a festival grounds. Together, we’ll set up booths, arrange seating, hang decorations, and take care of the basic technical setup. With every passing hour, it becomes more and more apparent how the volunteer-organized Osterbrooklyn Festival is taking shape.
