About the volunteering opportunity
As a mentor, you’ll work one-on-one with a trainee for at least 6 months: You’ll meet regularly, discover favorite spots, and talk about everyday life, work, and culture—whatever works best for you both.
We’ll provide you with comprehensive support throughout the process: through introductory meetings, preparatory training, a joint kick-off event, and regular community meetings for all tandems.

- Support with Orientation & Dealing with Government Agencies
- Discussions About Training and Daily Life
As a mentor, you’ll work one-on-one with an apprentice for at least 6 months: You’ll meet regularly, discover favorite spots, and talk about daily life, work, and culture—whatever works best for both of you.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
No prior knowledge required—just an open mind, curiosity, and a little time.
