Dialogmobil - Democracy on Three Wheels (356613)

With our Dialograd, we aim to make democracy visible and foster connections in public spaces. Whether it’s a neighborhood walk, a community gathering, or a summer festival—the Dialograd invites people to strike up conversations, exchange opinions, and discover new perspectives. To make this happen, we’re looking for dedicated volunteers to accompany the Dialograd and facilitate these exchanges on-site.

You’ll pick up the Dialograd, set it up at the event location, and strike up conversations with people. In doing so, you’ll create a space for connection, listen, gather opinions, and foster a respectful exchange. We’ll provide the materials and handle the organization.

A love of interacting with people, an open and respectful attitude, and an interest in democracy and social interaction. No prior experience is required—a willingness to communicate and reliability are enough.

The assignments are flexible and can be arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on the event or occasion. Materials and a brief introduction will be provided in advance.

It is important to us to treat everyone with openness, respect, and appreciation. Volunteers should enjoy reaching out to others, listening, and having conversations as equals. A brief orientation and all necessary materials will be provided before the assignment begins.
