For our AquaFitness classes, the DRK Kreisverband Bremen e.V. is looking for a dedicated instructor who leads with passion, energy, and joy.
Your Tasks
You’ll lead AquaFitness classes on your own—or step in when needed.
With your motivating personality, you’ll bring energy to the water and to the participants’ faces.

Specifically, this means:
- Conducting weekly AquaFitness classes
- Work location: Brucknerstraße 15, 28359 Bremen
- Designing varied and safe workout sessions
- Promoting health, well-being, and a sense of community
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
What You Bring to the Table
You don’t have to be a perfectionist—but you should enjoy inspiring people.
Important qualities:
- Good basic fitness
- An open, friendly, and motivating personality
- Ability to work independently
- Alignment with the values of the German Red Cross
Formal Requirements
- Valid instructor certification (e.g., DOSB, LSB, DRK)
- Current first aid certification (can be renewed through us)
- Proof of rescue training
- Proof of measles vaccination
- Certificate of Good Conduct and Privacy Policy
Time required
Regularly
Approx. 2 hours per week.
On weekdays, during the day
- Approx. 1.5 to 3 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling on weekdays—we’ll work together to find a time that works for both of us
