We’re looking for volunteers to help with our public relations efforts. With your help, you’ll ensure that our programs reach a wide audience and that our neighborhood center gains even more visibility.
Your Tasks
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing posters, invitations, and flyers using Canva
- Create our newsletter
- Keep the event schedule up to date
- Processing registrations for our programs
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
What you should bring to the table:
- good computer skills
- Proficiency with Canva
- A passion for design and organization
- Reliability and a desire to contribute to an open-minded team

The German Red Cross in Hamburg-Harburg is a multifaceted charity with over 60 facilities, including 17 daycare centers, a hospice, the Harburg-Huus for the homeless and several refugee shelters. Around 450 volunteers are involved in areas such as disaster prevention, childcare, helping the homeless and integration projects.
