About the volunteering opportunity
We’re looking for a few helping hands to assist us with our “Thank You” reception. With this event, we’d like to thank the many volunteers and honorary staff who dedicate themselves to helping others at Unionhilfswerk through awards, music, socializing, and culinary delights. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we need a few volunteers to join our team.
Your Tasks
- Preparing the venue, setting up and taking down
- Assist our service staff with serving drinks, managing the buffet
- Clear away dishes and restock as needed
- Greet our guests with a smile and be attentive to their needs
- If necessary, help the team at the information/registration desk supervise the volunteers at the Unionhilfswerk.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
- You should enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people.
- Bring a positive attitude.
- You may also have some experience in the restaurant industry.
- Intermediate to advanced German language skills

Food and beverages will be provided on site.
