About the volunteering opportunity
We’re looking for a few helping hands to assist us with our “Thank You” reception. With this event, we’d like to thank the many volunteers and honorary staff who dedicate themselves to helping others at Unionhilfswerk through awards, music, socializing, and culinary delights. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we need a few volunteers to join our team.
Your Tasks
- Information and registration booth run by the team that helps support the volunteers at Unionhilfswerk.
- Greet our guests with a smile and be attentive to their needs.
- Preparing the venue, setting up, and taking down
- Help our service staff serve drinks and manage the buffet
What's needed
Volunteers must be native German speakers.
- You should enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people.
- Bring a positive attitude.
- You may also have some experience in the restaurant industry.
What to bring
Food and beverages will be provided on site.
