About the volunteering opportunity
On September 17, Bosch Power Tools will be conducting a COVO project. The team will prep and prime the wooden house, clear away the surrounding bushes, and trim them back.
Round two continues on Friday, September 18: On that day, young people will paint the wooden house together with visitors from the Stuttgart-Rot mobile youth outreach program (mja). We’re still looking for 3–5 volunteers to lend a hand. The color scheme and design will be decided together—so feel free to share your ideas.
Why: A spruced-up wooden house means more fun, a cozier space, and more room for youth gatherings. Together, we’ll get the clubhouse ready for the next season.
Your Tasks
Help out with painting and decorating the wooden cabin:
- Contribute your own ideas and design suggestions
- Motivate young people to get creatively involved
- Work together with MJA Stuttgart-Rot to implement the agreed-upon color scheme and design
- Prepare paints and materials
- Support the young people as they paint and encourage them to contribute their own creative ideas
- Clean up together and put the materials away
- Help create a positive and motivating atmosphere during the joint event day
You don’t need professional experience—the main thing is motivation and a positive attitude. Materials and a brief orientation will be provided on site.
Please bring sturdy shoes and comfortable work clothes that can get a little paint on them.
