One house, four shared living arrangements for people in need of care, and people who look forward to genuine connections—become a trusted advisor

Here, things are a bit more personal: One building houses four small assisted-living communities, each with eight residents. The manageable size creates space for closeness, intimate conversations, and the opportunity to truly get to know each person.

We’re looking for a person who is communicative and patient, who enjoys listening and is eager to meet regularly. Someone who doesn’t just make decisions for the residents, but works with them to figure out: What do I want for myself? What’s important to me? And what do I need to be able to make that happen?

After all, the main goal here is to maintain independence and empower residents to make their own decisions. Sometimes that means listening patiently. Sometimes it means working together to pursue an idea or helping to put it into action. And sometimes it simply means being there and spending time together.

If you enjoy striking up conversations with people, listen attentively, and remain patient even when things take a little longer, this role might be a good fit for you.

You don’t need to be a professional—this isn’t about providing care, but about connecting with people.

We are looking for at least 6–8 hours per month.

The team is open-minded, multilingual, and highly skilled. Different languages and cultural backgrounds are a natural part of everyday life. At the same time, the team places great importance on treating residents as individuals and enabling them to enjoy as much independence and quality of life as possible.
