DRK Hamburg Harburg e.V.
- Disabled People
- Zero Waste
About the volunteering opportunity
Volunteer and do some good: Join us at Kreuz & quer—the new DRK secondhand store in Harburg!
This project close to our hearts is built on three strong pillars:
- we sell secondhand clothing, donated goods, and vintage furniture,
- we offer a welcoming café where people can relax and socialize,
- we create an inclusive space where people with and without disabilities work together.
Kreuz & quer is much more than just a department store—it’s an inclusive business that offers people with disabilities a workplace where they can contribute and help shape the organization.
Through your volunteer work, you make a valuable contribution: You enable participation by actively supporting people as they re-enter or enter the workforce.
What we offer you:
- a meaningful role with real impact,
- collaboration as equals—everyone is welcome,
- no prior experience required—whether in the café, at the donation drop-off, or in the organization: We’ll train you.
