About the volunteering opportunity
With our voluntary commitment we want to improve the situation of disadvantaged population groups together. To this end, we develop projects together with our members and helpers to help people in a targeted manner. It is important to us that not only private individuals get involved, but we also offer the opportunity for a company to get involved in social projects in different ways. Since mid-2015 the association has been working for refugees in Berlin. Thus VISIONEERS has increasingly developed and implemented offers such as sports, German and extra tuition, youth work, sewing, a mentoring programme and much more for integration in cooperation with refugee accommodation, companies, churches and other organisations.
Your Tasks
You will be a great help to us if you help us to create communication materials, write texts for the website and press releases and proofread our project applications.
What's needed
You will fit perfectly if you bring the following skills with you:
- Good grammar and spelling skills
- Marketing experience
- Experience in writing advertising texts
- Reliability
- You should have at least 6 months to commit yourself and 5 hours per week
- Openness to all religions and backgrounds

The VISIONEERS e.V. was founded in April 2015 and is an independent association that supports socially disadvantaged and delinquent young people in Berlin and in developing countries. Since mid 2015, the association has been committed to helping disadvantaged and vulnerable young people, especially unaccompanied minors. As a result, VISIONEERS has increasingly developed offers such as sports, German lessons and tutoring, youth work, sewing and much more for integration and has realised cooperations with refugee accommodations, companies, churches and other organisations. Their programme is aimed at at-risk and delinquent young people and adolescents from difficult life situations.
