Support for homework and after-school help for pupils in Neukölln

We are looking for support for our after- and homework help. Especially for the subjects German, Mathematics, English, French, Latin and Natural Sciences.

Especially for the period Monday - Wednesday from 16:00 - 19:00 o'clock.

Your Tasks

Your main tasks are to help the students with their homework and to give them tutoring in their weak subjects. Another field is the professional orientation of the students. For this purpose it would be good if you could help them with writing applications for internships, apprenticeships or even with the search for a place at university.

What's needed

You should enjoy working with children and young people, have knowledge of the various school subjects and be culturally open-minded.

Please note that you will need an extended police certificate of good conduct to work with us. The costs for this are of course covered by us.

We at Blickwinkel e. V. are located in the north of Neukölln on Sonnenallee and have been offering voluntary homework and private tutoring since 2007. In addition, we promote dialogue between people of different cultures and a solidary and respectful coexistence, regardless of nationality, gender or religion. Further goals of ours are to provide better educational opportunities for schoolchildren and to strengthen the self-confidence of children and young people and their development into open and social personalities.
