About the volunteering opportunity
Our facility takes care of people who need help with rental matters.
Your Tasks
We are looking for you as volunteers to help with problems relating to the housing situation with landlords and authorities during the consultation hours of the tenant contact point. This could be, for example, formulating a letter of complaint or referring you to legal advice. From time to time you will also look at the situation on site in the apartments and document the defects there.

Further priority will be given to LESEMENTOR Cologne, young volunteers, further education and voluntary refugee work.
