About the volunteering opportunity
With Zeichen gegen Mobbing e. V. we, as a non-profit organisation, want to offer a nationwide network to improve the coexistence in the future. For this, we support affected people, schools and parents in dealing with bullying.
In order to prepare numerous new social visionaries for the implementation of workshops at schools throughout Germany, we are now looking for several trainers.
After an intensive introduction to the association's working methods and your new tasks, you will support new social visionaries in the preparation and follow-up of their anti-bullying workshops at schools.
You will accompany their first workshops as co-trainer.
You analyse the workshop, give constructive feedback to the social visionaries and report to the coordination of the training team.
You will be jointly responsible for the preparation and implementation of training weekends and will assist the social visionaries with questions about the training.
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Educational or psychological background (advanced studies or degree)
First experiences in dealing with pupils (tutoring, internships, ...)
Ideally, first scientific work on the subject of bullying
Confident use of presentation techniques (PowerPoint) and methodical competence
Very good written and spoken German skills
On weekdays, during the day
With us you will find a great team with strong visions, innovative ideas and a lot of passion. You will get to know different workspaces, you can make valuable contacts and have a lot of opportunities for personal development. Our varied training programme allows you to develop your skills in a wide range of areas, depending on your interests. You will receive an expense allowance for accompanying the workshops at the schools.
Through your involvement we can increase the reach of our association and actively combat bullying in schools. You make a difference for a better tomorrow.
