About the volunteering opportunity
As a non-profit organization, Zeichen gegen Mobbing e. V. aims to provide a nationwide network to improve the way we live together tomorrow. To this end, we support those affected, schools and parents in dealing with bullying.
In order to prepare numerous new Social Visionaries for the implementation of workshops at schools throughout Germany, we are now looking for several trainers (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- After an intensive introduction to how the association works and your new tasks, you will support new Social Visionaries in the preparation and follow-up of their anti-bullying workshops at schools.
- You will accompany their first workshops as a co-trainer.
- You analyze the workshop, give constructive feedback to the Social Visionaries and report to the coordination of the training team.
You are jointly responsible for the preparation and implementation of training weekends and support the Social Visionaries with questions about the training.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Educational or psychological background (completed degree(s) or training)
- Initial experience in professional work with children, adolescents and young adults
- Ideally initial academic work on the topic of bullying
- Confident handling of presentation techniques (PowerPoint) and methodical competence
- Very good written and spoken German
