About the volunteering opportunity
We are looking for volunteer job mentors to support refugees and people with a migration background in Stuttgart in their search for work and training during a three-month mentoring program. We offer professional, personal support, regular Continuing Education and supervision.
Your Tasks
You will help the mentee, for example, by writing CVs, finding a suitable job or preparing for an interview.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
You should take part in a three-hour introductory qualification course as well as regular further training courses and have the time and motivation to accompany at least one mentee on the most important steps into the job market for about two hours per week for three months. At the moment, qualification and further training courses are taking place digitally.
