About the volunteering opportunity

This year we will be able to promote in Stuttgart for the first time and we are already very excited! Before we really get started, we are looking for people who would like to support our project funding and the association members Melissa and Julian on site. Do you know cool initiatives and committed people who could benefit from the funding or would like to take part in our pre-selection process? You are interested in social entrepreneurship and want to have a say in where Quartiermeister Stuttgart is going? Then become part of our funding committee or our association

Your Tasks

- Democratic pre-selection of the funded projects & support of the funded initiatives
- Support in the dissemination of the common good-oriented Quartiermeister idea on site (campaign work, cooperation with universities, distribution, etc.)

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.

The only prerequisite is the desire for social change, the elimination of social differences and interest, desire and passion for strengthening neighbourhood culture!
We believe that the most effective way to bring about social change is to strengthen the culture and cohesion among people in neighbourhoods in order to promote individuality and diversity!
You too?

Where?

Quartiermeister e.V.

Hi, we are the volunteer counterpart to Quartiermeister GmbH. Quartiermeister is a beer brand and a social business from Kreuzberg. Quartiermeister uses the proceeds from beer sales to support social projects in the neighborhood that are committed to social participation.

As Quartiermeister e.V., we decide who receives the money. Our association now has over 100 members across Germany who are committed to correct consumption and the distribution of the funds generated in their neighborhoods.

Become part of the movement and get to know exciting initiatives from your city, network with activists and help shape the development of an alternative economic model strategically and practically.
