About the volunteering opportunity
Are you interested in supporting a refugee in everyday life? Are you burning for integration and intercultural understanding? Do you seek a voluntary commitment with heart? Then you've come to the right place:
For our mentoring project, we are looking for people who can help refugees arrive in Hamburg. This can happen in many different ways: practising German over a cup of coffee, cooking together, going for a walk or doing some paperwork together.
There are many friendly mentees in our integration programme waiting to meet a great mentor like you.
You can contact us and we will arrange a non-binding meeting to get to know each other.

Your Tasks
We don't impose anything, except a certain commitment to regular meetings and interaction. We do not leave you alone. We accompany your mentorship, i.e. we are always available for questions and regularly contact you with tips and information (e.g. free workshop offers).
What's needed
Volunteers must be native German speakers.
