About the volunteering opportunity
"Do something good for yourself and look after yourself with love."
This is the aim of our "Healthy Weeks" program. Healthy Weeks offers a combination of a creative part, which is currently organized by an art therapist, and a meal prep part, which is led by our volunteer Sarah.
A meal prep evening and a creative evening take place alternately every two weeks.
The evenings are each accompanied by two volunteers.
Unfortunately, our art therapist has to give up her honorary position and we are now looking for a successor.
Your Tasks
If you enjoy creative methods from art therapy and would like to design and lead such an activity every four weeks, then please get in touch.
Sarah has been leading the Meal Prep part for some time and can explain and show you everything.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
- Age at least 18 years
- extended certificate of good conduct required

The Office for Civic Commitment of the AWO Cologne is a consulting service. People who are willing to volunteer will receive advice and will be placed in organisations that work with volunteers. Further priority will be given to LESEMENTOR Cologne, young volunteers, further education and voluntary refugee work.
