Support the sale of our children's second hand store

Donated, used and well-preserved children's clothing, shoes, toys and books are sold in the "Kindertruhe" of the Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen e.V. (Catholic Women's Social Service). The aim is to give needy families and single parents the opportunity to clothe their children at very reasonable prices.

Your Tasks

We are looking for help with sales in our children's second-hand store. Our "Kindertruhe" is run exclusively by volunteers who sort and label the goods as well as putting them away and selling them. The proceeds flow into our association's social projects. There is already a very well-functioning team that has divided up all the work independently. 

The person helping would have to support us once a week in sales. The working hours are very flexible. 

What's needed

Volunteers usually work alone or in pairs in the store. They should therefore be independent, responsible and open-minded. They should also enjoy working with people.

Time required

The store is open from Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 am to 5 pm, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 am to 3 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.

The time commitment per assignment is approx. 3 hours.

Travel costs and expenses will be reimbursed.
