Support our motivated students as they prepare for the job market. Through 1:1 mentoring sessions, you’ll guide them on their professional and personal journeys—sharing your insights, experience, and encouragement.
We’re looking for mentors with work experience in Germany or Europe who are passionate about helping others grow. Your time and expertise can open doors and inspire confidence in the tech professionals of tomorrow.
Your Tasks
Mentors can be tech or non-tech professionals, and we are currently recruiting for two main tracks:
👔 Track 1: HR & Career Support Mentors: ideal for HR or recruitment professionals.
💻 Track 2: Tech Mentors: perfect for tech professionals.
⏰ Flexible Commitment
Time investment can vary based on the needs of the student and your availability—typically 2 to 10 hours per month.

ReDI School of Digital Integration
ReDI School of Digital Integration is a non-profit digital school for newcomers in Berlin. The school offers its students free, high-quality training, the chance to join the startup and digital industry, and a physical platform to connect newcomers to locals.
To support the students in their studies, ReDI equips them with workstations in co-working spaces and access to technical mentors to work in project groups. Apart from technological skills, ReDI also provides know-how of digital entrepreneurs, and connects students early on with the local startup scene and potential employers through networking events.
