About the volunteering opportunity
Our small library has for example titles on the topics of: Medicine, medical ethics, history of medicine, sociology, psychiatry, psychology, alternative healing methods, patients' rights, environment, environmental policy, genetic engineering, guides from self-help associations and groups and many more.
There is also a showcase with flyers and small brochures. This contains information on self-help groups for various illnesses, offers from advice centers on health and psychosocial issues, contact points for special groups such as women, men, the unemployed, refugees, single parents, the homeless. Also political initiatives.
Your Tasks
We are looking for a volunteer to sort the titles and maintain the library.
The display case also needs regular updating. If you enjoy books and have an interest in the broad topic of health/medical business, you are welcome.

Further priority will be given to LESEMENTOR Cologne, young volunteers, further education and voluntary refugee work.
