Support the preparation of meals as part of our aid initiative for homeless people and people in need

We provide food for homeless people and people in need at Cologne Central Station. Every Tuesday and Saturday, we make our way to the bus station at Breslauer Platz and distribute hot food, hot and cold drinks, fruit and sandwiches to anyone who lacks the money or the strength to look after themselves - regardless of the weather or time of year. We also provide people with sleeping bags, blankets and clothing as required and give advice on practical help and social services. And there is also plenty of personal conversation on these evenings, which is often very important for many guests in addition to the food. 

We are looking for you to regularly cook, make sandwiches or bake cakes for our supply tours - especially on Tuesdays - within your own capabilities:
Preferably vegetarian, filling dishes, for example stews or pasta dishes. Saved food can be cooked. Anyone who cooks for a supply tour is welcome to take part in this (approx. 07:00 - 10:00 pm). It is not absolutely necessary to stay until the end.

On request, it is possible to receive a donation receipt (for the purchase of food for cooking or distribution).

Our benefits

The frequency of the commitment (e.g. once a month) can vary according to individual agreement. The meals must be prepared before delivery at the supply tours begins.
