About the volunteering opportunity
In our parents' café "Kafem" in the former Daimler housing estate in Hallschlag, various offers are made for parents, children and families. Currently, we offer various educational and informational formats for parents, creative workshops for young and old, and cooking together. In the future, we would also like to support primary school children with their homework at least once a month.
Your Tasks
-Support with homework
-Provide motivation and fun in learning
What's needed
-Interaction with children
-Enthusiasm
-Ideally suitable studies or experience in the field
-Interest in intercultural environment and social commitment
Time required
Our opening hours are Tuesday 12-15 o'clock, Thursday 12-18 o'clock and twice a month also on Friday. Ideally, homework supervision would be on Thursday or Friday, as the opening hours do not overlap with school hours.
