About the volunteering opportunity
The best way to work in the organization's office in Cologne is as part of a (compulsory) internship for students lasting several weeks/months. Those interested will gain an insight into the diverse work of a small local NGO that is committed to a regional food transition.
Your Tasks
As a rule, you can provide support in project and association work. You may also be able to contribute your own small projects and/or do research for your own thesis if appropriate. There is a wide range of work beyond the classic office routine - from organizing and running events to cooking and gardening activities.

The Office for Civic Commitment of the AWO Cologne is a consulting service. People who are willing to volunteer will receive advice and will be placed in organisations that work with volunteers. Further priority will be given to LESEMENTOR Cologne, young volunteers, further education and voluntary refugee work.
