Support people with migration background to settle in Erfurt

Our goal is to support people with a migration background to find their way in Erfurt. This includes language tutoring, help with visits to the authorities and filling out forms, walks together, or just talking.

What's needed

• Tolerance: you accept other behavior and can deal with it.
• Open-mindedness: you are open to other cultures and ways of life.
• Language: you can make yourself understood despite a lack of language skills.

Time required

Once or twice a week for about an hour for at least three months

The Center for Integration and Migration Erfurt (ZIM) is a contact point for migrants and native citizens. It is a counseling and cultural center, a lively house with a variety of offers. In the center 8 associations work together and create an extensive and diverse range of supportive and cultural offerings.
