Fundraising in an organization for student companies

Identification of and relationship building with relevant foundations and public funders as well as responsibility for the subsequent application processes.

Nyendo is currently supported by a high level of voluntary commitment as well as the support of individual major funders. As part of the ongoing structural and content-related expansion of the organization, fundraising is now to be strengthened and systematically developed. For this we are looking for you!

• Building an alumni / "family member" program to involve and retain alumni and other interested individuals.
• Co-designing a regular, efficient donor communication.
• First systematic proposal concept for corporate collaborations and new major donors.
• Structuring and executing a recurring fundraising reporting to the management.

• You have a high affinity to the concerns and values of nyendo: a self-confident rethinking of school education in combination with global bridge building at eye level.
• You are imaginative, creative and bring a high sense of fundraising opportunities. Professional experience in the above fundraising areas would be desirable.
• You have a high degree of assertiveness and have successfully worked independently, but also appreciate a cooperative partnership with others.
• You have a strong presentation and communication skills at all hierarchical levels and convey your concerns professionally, engagingly and authentically.
• You have a desire to work for a still quite young social organization in the growth process and are aware of the typical opportunities and challenges associated with it.
• You ideally have experience with - but at least a high willingness to - work with a CRM / donor software and modern collaboration tools.

Of particular interest to us is the long term, because everyone should take over a manageable sub-area as long term and independently as possible.
