Become part of our action group Vorpommern/Rügen - organize and design actions for more equal opportunities with us

We are looking for supporters for the action group Vorpommern-Rügen of the children's charity Plan International.

The action group Vorpommern-Rügen was founded in 2008 and currently consists of nine volunteers. The members of our group all have the same desire - beyond the monthly contribution for our sponsored children - to support our children's charity in various aid projects and to increase awareness of Plan International. We do this by educating people about the work of Plan, recruiting new helpers, providing information about sponsorships and collecting donations. To this end, we organize a variety of activities throughout the Greifswald, Vorpommern and Rügen area.

Your Tasks

All ideas and talents are welcome! We welcome help with the implementation of our diverse actions as well as ideas and suggestions for future projects. This could include:

• Aiding in the planning and implementation of information booths: We are involved in various local actions such as the Putkuss Castle Park Festival and the Christmas art market at the Katharinenspeicher Stralsund . With enthusiasm, openness and verve we present the projects of Plan International and inform about the development work worldwide. And the children will also get their money's worth with a variety of painting and handicraft activities as well as a wheel of fortune. The collected donations go to Plan projects for children and families
• Building a social media presence and public relations
• Recruiting supporters and sponsors
• Setting up collection boxes and displaying flyers
• Providing storage space for materials

Our tasks are as varied as the ideas and talents brought along. We find the right thing for everyone.
