Be creative and implement your own ideas with the Braunschweig group of Amnesty International

With us you would be committed to the worldwide enforcement of human rights. Your commitment is not limited in time. It is unfortunately a task that will probably never end. You decide for yourself how much time you can spare.

You formulate letters, design flyers, advertise, use social media (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook), maintain our website, stand with us in the pedestrian zone and collect signatures and donations, organize benefit concerts, You contribute creative ideas and help to implement them, you contact authorities, take part in panel discussions, organize picture exhibitions, you give talks on specific human rights topics, you create a short radio show, you accompany a film screening at the cinema, and much more.

Of course, you don't have to do all of this, but can choose the activities and help that suit you. Everything is voluntary and we do everything in mutual agreement and where necessary with appropriate assistance from the more experienced "Amnestys". Anyone can "grow in" with us without any previous knowledge. We also hold our meetings once a month in the form of a web conference to avoid travel time.

It requires no concrete prior knowledge, but the use of email should be mastered.

The age should be at least 16 years, upwards there are no limits.

The volunteer must stand wholeheartedly behind the goals of Amnesty International, because we work as a non-profit association on the basis of the association's statutes.
