Become a co-chair of "Women to the Podium" and support politically interested and engaged women

The non-profit association Frauen aufs Podium supports politically interested and committed women. We develop tailor-made programs and implement them in a practical way. In doing so, we involve all people, because equal opportunities can only be achieved together. To put the association on a secure footing, we need your support as a volunteer  co-board member/volunteer board member as a sparing partner

Your Tasks

• Strategic development and content enrichment for the objective of the association
• Practical implementation of ideas incl. the acquisition of stakeholders:inside and donors:inside
• Contact establishment and maintenance with and of personalities from politics, business, science, etc.

The presence on site is not absolutely necessary - but would be great. A regular exchange on Zoom, for example, when residing in another state is also possible.

Unfortunately, the association receives virtually no donations - ie the cooperation is voluntary and all ideas must be implemented themselves or funds for it via foundations, ministries, etc. akquriert.

But - it is possible to realize your own ideas, to work together in a team at eye level, to set new impulses and to contribute fully!

What's needed

You bring with you:

• Life experience and willingness to work on the basic financial security of the association
• Ca. 18h/week time for proactive co-leadership
• Unconditional conviction that together we can achieve more for equality in Germany
• Strategic thinking, perseverance, persistence, diplomacy and courage  

Time required

The indication of 18h correspond to our experience of time needed to build and manage a club. Possible would be to distribute the 18h on three days in the week.
